See the whole business. Know where to look.

Perch is the Prinsee client platform. It connects your finance, customer and team systems, then answers the questions a CFO hears every week: why expenses rose, why churn moved, which customers stay, what a hire does to runway. Every answer shows its receipts, and a person who knows your business is in the thread with you.

The Perch · sample company, illustrative data

Ask the questions you actually have.

Metrics, finance, scenarios and the monthly package, all from the same numbers. Ask about any of it and the answer comes with the transactions and the conversations behind it.

  • It shows its receipts

Every answer lists the transactions, records and conversations behind it, linked to the system they came from.

  • It says how sure it is

What it explained, what it couldn’t, and how big the sample was. No false precision.

  • Someone’s in it with you

Perch answers in minutes. When the answer needs judgment, your analyst is already on it, in your Slack.

  • Your data stays yours

Read-only connections, a warehouse for your company alone, and nothing posted anywhere without you.

Sample company · illustrative data

Useful to the people closest to the work.

Leaders get the whole picture. The people running the details get the transaction, the customer and the conversation behind it, without asking finance for a report.

Founders and CEOs

The month in one screen, the three things that need you, and answers you can put in front of a board without rechecking them.

Finance and operations

Every number traced to the transactions behind it and current every morning, so the package is done by day 5 instead of rebuilt by hand.

Sales, success and team leads

Which accounts renew, which ones are drifting, and what was said on the last call, in the same place as the numbers they move.

An owl’s advantage is where it sits.

From the perch it sees the whole field: what moved, what’s coming, what’s hiding in the grass. The value of a higher view isn’t seeing less detail. It’s knowing where to look, then going straight to it.

That is the view we want every founder to have of their company, every morning, without asking for it. Clarity means seeing the business as it is, not making it look more certain than it is, so Perch says what it knows, what it assumed and how sure it is.

Connects to the systems you already run.

Read-only connections that you authorize, through each vendor’s own sign-in. Slack and call notes connect only for the channels and meetings you choose. Something not listed? Ask; most systems with an API can join.

Everything in one place. Current every morning.

Your team keeps QuickBooks, Stripe and HubSpot. We connect them, agree on what every number means, keep it all current overnight, and put it in Perch with a person behind it.

  1. 01

    Connect

Read-only connections you approve in each tool’s own sign-in. Nothing to install, no passwords shared.

  2. 02

    Define

One written meaning for every number, so ARR and churn are the same in every meeting and every deck.

  3. 03

    Keep current

Everything syncs overnight. If a number looks wrong, we fix it before your first meeting, not after the board sees it.

  4. 04

    Ask

Open Perch or message us in Slack. Answers in minutes, with the receipts, from people who know your business.

Perch has the numbers. Your analyst has your back. The overnight work is software. The judgment, the follow-up and the hard conversations are a person who knows your numbers.

Included with your plan.

Every client gets Perch. What you see in it depends on the plan.

All questions

Is Perch a separate subscription?

No. Perch comes with every plan. Essentials includes The Perch (refreshed with each monthly package), the monthly package, and Ask with three analyst follow-ups a month. Growth adds the live Metrics and Finance views, overnight sync and checks, and answers that draw on Slack, email and calls. Scale adds What if scenarios and segment discovery.

How fast are answers?

Most answers arrive in a couple of minutes, with their sources attached. When a question needs judgment, such as whether you can afford a hire or what to tell the board, your analyst picks it up in the thread or in Slack, usually the same day and always within one business day.

Can Perch read our Slack and call notes?

Only if you connect them, and only the channels and recorded meetings you choose. Perch reads them read-only to find the decisions and context behind a number, such as who approved a spend or what a customer said before they churned. It never posts anything, and you can disconnect at any time.

Can my team log in?

Yes. Invite your leadership team and the people closest to the work, such as a head of sales or a controller. Each person gets their own login and sees what their role needs.

What runs under the hood?

Your systems sync every night into a warehouse dedicated to your company, where every metric has a written, tested definition. Dashboards are built on standard BI tooling. Briefs, signals and scenarios are drafted from those tested numbers and reviewed by your CFO. We run every layer; you never manage any of it.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your metric definitions are written down and yours to keep, along with your monthly packages, briefs and board materials. We help you move anything else you need.
