Your finance busywork, automated in two weeks.

A fixed-scope, fixed-price sprint for founders who want the repetitive finance work off their plate without a six-month project. We connect QuickBooks, Stripe and your CRM, build three workflows that keep running after we leave, and show you exactly where your systems tell different stories.

The Sprint

Length
Two weeks, start to finish
Price
$3,500 flat
Your time
About three hours, across two calls
You keep
Every workflow, running in your own workspace
After
Your setup for Essentials; credited on Growth or Scale

Three workflows and one hard truth.

Each workflow runs in your Claude workspace on your live data, and keeps running after we leave.

The Monday brief

Every Monday morning: cash, MRR movements, overdue invoices and anything unusual, in plain English, before your first meeting.

The invoice chaser

Overdue invoices drafted into polite, specific follow-ups for your approval. Nothing sends without you.

The close packet

P&L, balance sheet and SaaS metrics assembled and checked at month end, ready for your bookkeeper and your board.

The honest view

Where QuickBooks, Stripe and your CRM tell different stories about the same customers and revenue, by how much, and why. Most companies find something in the first week.

Day by day.

Fixed scope and a fixed price, so you know exactly what you are buying.

  1. Day 1

    Kickoff

A 60-minute call. You authorize the connections; we agree on what the Monday brief should watch.

  2. Days 2 to 4

    Connect and map

QuickBooks, Stripe and your CRM wired into Claude. Customers and accounts mapped across systems.

  3. Day 5

    First look

Where your systems disagree, by how much, and what is causing it.

  4. Days 6 to 8

    Build and test

The three workflows built, run against your real data, and tuned until the output is right.

  5. Days 9 to 10

    Handoff

A 60-minute walkthrough, a written summary, and a short list of what to fix first.

Automation that asks first.

Finance is the last place to let software act on its own. Every workflow is built to draft, check and wait for a person.

Read-only by default

Connections read your data. Anything that writes or sends is a draft until you approve it.

Checked before it’s shown

Numbers in every brief tie back to the source system. When they don’t, the brief says so.

Your workspace, your data

Everything runs in your own Claude workspace under your account, not ours.

Two weeks, then your call.

Everything we build is yours, so some founders stop here. Or stay on a plan: the Sprint is your setup for Essentials, and the $3,500 is credited toward setup on Growth or Scale.

Sprint questions

Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

All questions

Which Claude plan do we need?

A paid Claude workspace for your team, because connectors and shared skills live there. We recommend the right plan on the kickoff call; most small teams need only a few seats.

Do you need our passwords?

No. You authorize each connection yourself through the vendor’s own sign-in, with read-only access wherever the tool allows it.

What if our books are a mess?

Then the first look will say so, specifically. Messy books are the most common finding. We tell you what to fix first, and whether it is a bookkeeping problem or a systems problem.

Is this a demo or the real thing?

The real thing. The workflows run on your live data from day one, and they keep running after the two weeks end.

What happens after the Sprint?

Three options. Keep running it yourself, since everything is yours. Move to Essentials, and the Sprint is your setup. Or move to Growth or Scale, and the $3,500 is credited toward their setup.

How do Perch and your analyst split the work?

Perch does the overnight work: syncing your systems, checking that the numbers agree, flagging what looks off, and answering your questions in minutes with the sources attached. Your analyst does the rest: the follow-ups, the judgment calls, the board prep and the hard conversations. We work in your Slack like part of your team, not from behind a monthly PDF.

Two weeks from now, your finance stack could be doing this.

Book 30 minutes. We will look at your stack together and tell you exactly what the Sprint would build.
